Does anyone know what supplements or special cares are needed for women in her menopause stage? Such as taking omega 3 or something… P.S.: I’m in my early 20s and I am not going throught menopause. I’m doing this as a research for one of my class.
I plan on purchasing L -Arginine, Saw-Palmetto, Ginko-Biloba, and maybe Tribulis. I wonder is this over kill? Should I skip the Tribulis? Anyone with Herbal knowledge please help me out. Thanks!
